How did it all started?
I have had back pain since my army days. I had taken all kinds of supplements and medications, did numerous medical tests including x-ray, CT scan, MRI, colonoscopy, endoscopy, ultrasound, and also went for massages, foot reflexology and chiropractic sessions, TCM and holistic treatments but to no avail. I even had thrice weekly acupuncture and bone adjustment sessions for more than 1.5 years when I was living in Beijing and it only helped relieve the pain for about 2-3 days. My specialists and doctors could not diagnose the real issue and contributed it to work stress. For more than 30 years, I suffered from lower back pain to mid-back pain and I almost went into depression in late 2022.
